Me & My Crew
Depending on what a project needs — the scale, the depth, the kind of room we’re walking into — I bring in collaborators who are exceptional at what they do. Every person here has been in enough rooms to know that the real work is never what’s written on the brief.
We don’t subcontract. We co-create.
Deepthi Boddupally

GAME-BASED FACILITATOR & LEARNING DESIGNER
Deepthi didn’t arrive here in a straight line. She went to design school, ran her own fashion label for four years, walked fashion weeks, worked as a stylist — and then taught with Teach For India. Somewhere in that journey, she discovered that what she’d always been doing was the same thing: reading a room, understanding people, and designing experiences that land.
That’s what she does now — except the room is a boardroom, a training hall, or an offsite, and the experience is a game.
With 11+ years in L&D, she works with organizations that need something to actually change — not just a day people enjoyed and forgot. She doesn’t lead with certifications. She leads with a 30-minute demo. In ten years, no one’s said no.
BRINGS TO THE ROOM
A designer’s eye for what makes an experience work, a facilitator’s instinct for what a room needs, and the conviction that the most honest version of any team only shows up when they stop trying to look good.
Arvindh Sundar

GAME DESIGNER & FACILITATOR
Arvindh makes learning games. That’s not a simplification, that’s exactly how he’d say it himself. With 30+ years as a gamer and a career spent designing experiences for some of the world’s best companies, he brings something most facilitators can’t: he thinks like a player first. When a session needs a game that’s genuinely engaging, not just a metaphor dressed up as an activity, Arvindh is the person to go to.
BRINGS TO THE ROOM
Game design rigor, player-first thinking, the ability to make something genuinely fun that also does serious work.
Praveen Kumar Naidu

LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGNER & FACILITATOR
Praveen has spent two decades asking one question: what does it take for learning to actually stick? He’s worked with 25,000+ professionals across corporate teams, NGOs, universities, and government institutions. He’s an instructional designer, a facilitator, and one of the sharpest learning architects I know. When a project needs both strong design thinking and someone who can hold a complex, messy room, Praveen is that person.
BRINGS TO THE ROOM
Learning architecture, facilitation depth, the ability to design experiences that don’t just feel good but actually change behaviour.
Karthick Sekar

FACILITATOR &
SOFT SKILLS TRAINER
Karthick started on stage with 35+ plays as actor, director, producer. That background shows. He has a natural command of a room and an ability to make people feel at ease that most trainers spend years trying to develop. He specializes in campus-to-corporate transitions and has trained students across colleges all over India. When energy, warmth, and performance matter, he’s in.
BRINGS TO THE ROOM
Stage presence, relatability, the ability to reach audiences that more corporate facilitators can’t.
